Light Up Lac La Belle 

Saturday, August 15, 2026 - Oconomowoc, WI

One of Lake Country's favorite summer traditions returns as Light Up Lac La Belle celebrates the grand finale of Oconomowoc Festival Week. This free community event combines live music, beautifully decorated boats, and a fireworks display over Lac La Belle, creating an evening that has become a highlight of the summer season.

The festivities begin at 7:30 p.m. with a performance by the Oconomowoc American Legion Band at the City Beach Bandshell. As dusk arrives, a parade of decorated and illuminated boats cruises across Lac La Belle before the evening concludes with fireworks over the lake at dark.

Parking Tips

Downtown Oconomowoc is busy throughout the day because several Festival Week events take place before the evening celebration. Arriving early is recommended.
